I am in the net cafe

I am now in the net-cafe chilling out. Being here is fun as there are LAN Games etc... .But there it is a distant from where I stay so it is a bit expensive.

I perched this tablets from a reliable source for pain and muscle cramps, a few weeks ago. The ingredients are Orphenadrine 35mg and Paracetamol 450mg. It says to take 3 times a day. It is doing me good somehow, and I wonder if the blue in coloured part of the tablet is Orphenadrine.

I am now at Geylang net cafe chilling out. I grew up near this area reminiscing the past, this place has change a lot.

I got two light bulbs sent to my house.

I had two light bulbs sent to wife's home for free!!! Why light bulbs? Anyway it is energy saving.

I can't sleep

I have not really slept for sometime aready. I tried Zoplicone and valium and still can't get to sleep. It is kinda stressful not being able to get to Zzzz.

I am trying to take good care of my body.

Not being able to sleep

I have not slept for days. I hope to catch up with my sleep be it R.E.M 1,2,3 or better still4. But better not 4 if not got bomb I cannot wake up.

I know Cigarettes are harmful but I am a smoker.

I hope It will be good year

I really hope it will be a good year this year. May all the the good wishes by my mom not go in vain and may I make my Dad proud.

Atarax

I am prescribed Atarax for sleep. My dose is 50mg but I still have trouble sleeping. I think Stilnox is the way to go as I had taken it in the S.A.F

People sleeping in the Net Cafe

There are people who sleeps in net cafes (like in Japan).

I am looking better due to my reduction in Codeine.

I have kinda stop codeine for good. I hope good Omens will come to me. Like the music Omens of love from T-Square I played on my electone when I was young.

I am going to court.

I have been charge with scolding the police. There are many charges for that as they said and I can recall aka dream like. I may go to prison and ending my life is constant in my mind, but it is a big no no as I have a wife. I have nothing against the Police. Why will I do that??? Why did I do that!!!  But there was an incident where my new MacBook and another laptop was stolen costing me alot of financial lost because of the production of music. The cost of the two laptop was expensive too but that was a year before the incident with the police. The time laps was noted by the recording company having to compensate them for the miss of deadline. As it is late now or the wee hours in the morning, I shall put my mind at rest.

I am sitting a bus.

I have decided to take a bus as it is much cheaper. I have also mention that I love long bus rides as it is relaxing. Reminiscing the days I had with my Dad is nice.

Chinese New Year is comming to an end.

My Zzz pills.

I have insomniac problem and my sleeping pills is generic Dormicum. This is produce in Bangladesh. I find it is not a milligram to milligram difference in basis compared to the non Generic ones!!! So I need to consume more. It may than damage my body. So I decided to change my sleeping pills.     

I am back at the net cafe playing games to chill out.

Being in the net cafe is something I have been doing a for a very long time. Games etc... is my way to relax.

I am now in the net cafe.

Have to use a computer at the net cafe is pretty though. But I have to make do with it.  

There are very little people reading my blog.

Anyway am blog is meant for my Dad to read.

Codeine the hard substance to stop.

I have been on codeine for many years. More that 15 years I estimate. The feeling is like a warm hug from someone one's love. It is very comforting
