Have I been abusing Atarax?

I am on Atarax but at times I have PANIC ACTACKS. I will take it before I leave the house even without the problem. I am very regretful for doing this.
Afternote: The onset (time before the pill take effect) is extremely long. I heard it is sold in the streets to inject the pill.
