I have been taking 50mg of Atarax (Hydroxyzine). I found out that when I take too much, I can't sleep and have rebound action, making me sleepy but being unable to have any Rapid eye movement stage 1. It makes me feel uncomfortable. But I have an addictive nature That's why I prefer Atarax
