Asking for help with the police in Singapore.

I have no idea why the police in Singapore uses emotions rather than acdiontan. I have seen Alot of cases (as my wife is a lawer and I had read cases from the Law Net), that evokes me to say that. So no officence, shall any police happens to read this.
